At your hotel, vacations rental or condo, close to the towns.
Take always with you your personal items, your big luggage will go on the back or on the top of the van.
If you taking our Taxi Boat we recommend you wear sandals and shorts.

Children older than 2 years old pay like an adult the seat, and please ask to bring a Child seat.
One or two short surfboards in a case better and extra Luggage have an extra cost of $10.
Ask us first if you bring long surfboards.

Bikes are not allowed on the boats.
Pets are allowed only in a safety crate, $20 extra (we have a crate only for medium size and small dogs, but you have to advise us in advance so we bring it over)

For really bad weather or rough sea conditions because of north winds or storms, we always have a plan B. We will take you to Puntarenas by boat or by A/C shuttle vans and ferry. (but it is rare this happens)
Zuma Tours is not responsible for any lost or forgotten items in ours Boats or land transportation units.
Zuma Tours reserves the right to refuse passengers on the boats or shuttle vans if the customer is under the influence of alcohol or drugs or have inappropriate behavior.
Zuma Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel any service without refund of money due to force majeure such as weather conditions, local guerrillas, natural disasters, terrorist acts or strikes.
